Open Roles (Engineering)
Senior Software Engineer (Backend/Platform)
Impact: Own core services and performance for our products (TypeSpeedAI today, Hackersway.io tomorrow).
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate scalable APIs and background jobs
- Own data models, reliability, and observability (metrics, logs, alerts)
- Security best practices, reviews, and SDLC hardening
- Collaborate with product & frontend to ship end-to-end features
- Mentor engineers and set technical standards
You’d be great at this if
- 5+ years building production systems (TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python)
- SQL/NoSQL, caching, queues, cloud (GCP/AWS)
- CI/CD, testing culture, code reviews
- Security awareness (auth, RBAC, secrets, audits)

Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js)
Impact: Craft beautiful, fast UIs for TypeSpeedAI and the upcoming CTF platform.
What you'll do
- Build responsive interfaces in React + Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind
- Integrate APIs, analytics, and experiments/payments
- Create accessible components and micro-interactions
- Monitor performance (Core Web Vitals) and A/B test improvements
You’d be great at this if
- Strong React/TypeScript fundamentals, modern CSS/Tailwind
- State management, forms, testing (RTL/Cypress)
- Performance and DX mindset
Nice to have
- Design systems, Storybook, shadcn/ui
- SSR/ISR, image optimization, SEO for Next.js
Full-Stack Engineer
Impact: Ship end‑to‑end features across UI, APIs, and data — own user outcomes, quality, and reliability.
What you'll do
- Build pages, APIs, and data pipelines with clean abstractions
- Own features from spec → design → implementation → release
- Implement auth/RBAC, payments/experiments, and analytics hooks
- Create reusable components and server modules with tests
- Instrument logs/metrics/traces; monitor and fix regressions
- Automate deployments and improve CI pipelines
You’d be great at this if
- 3–6+ years building full‑stack products in production
- Strong with Next.js/React/TypeScript and Node (or Go/Python)
- SQL/NoSQL data modeling; REST or GraphQL API design
- Testing culture (Jest/RTL/Cypress) and code reviews
- CI/CD and basic cloud ops (GCP/AWS/Firebase) with security best practices
Nice to have

AI Engineer (LLMs & Product)
Impact: Own AI features that users touch daily—auto-suggestions, spelling detection, and next-word/sentence prediction in TypeSpeedAI; later, helpers and graders for Hackersway.io labs.
What you'll do
- Design & ship LLM-powered features end-to-end (prompting, tooling, evals, guards)
- Build RAG pipelines where it helps UX
- Create fast inference APIs; optimize latency, cost, and reliability
- Instrument offline/online evaluation and regression checks
- Productionize prompts with versioning, safety checks, A/B tests
You’d be great at this if
- 3–6+ yrs software experience; 1–2+ yrs building with LLMs in production
- Python/TypeScript, REST, async jobs, testing
- Hands-on with OpenAI/Gemini/Llama, Transformers, embeddings
- Knowledge of vector DBs and RAG patterns
Nice to have

ML Engineer (NLP, Sequence Models & Evals)
Impact: Design the ML backbone that powers TypeSpeedAI’s typing intelligence and future CTF graders.
What you'll do
- Build datasets and evaluation suites for prediction and error detection
- Train/fine-tune sequence models
- Own offline → online metrics (accuracy, calibration, drift)
- Productionize models for reliable inference
You’d be great at this if
- 3–6+ yrs applied ML/NLP; PyTorch/TensorFlow & Hugging Face
- Strong SQL, data cleansing, experiment tracking
- Experience deploying models via APIs or serverless
Internships

Engineering Intern (Frontend)
What you'll do
- Build UI components and pages in React/Next.js

- Ship small features with weekly demos

Engineering Intern (Full‑Stack)
What you'll do
- Build features across API + UI
- Add telemetry and simple dashboards
- Contribute to release and QA checklists
You’d be great at this if
- JS/TS fundamentals, some backend exposure
- Comfortable reading docs and shipping iteratively
Bonus: Firebase/Firestore or Postgres exposure.
AI/ML Engineer Intern
Impact: Prototype LLM features for TypeSpeedAI and contribute to early graders for Hackersway.io.
What you'll do
- Prompting/tools/guards and small A/Bs
- Build mini-datasets and write eval scripts
- Implement simple inference APIs with tests/logs
You’d be great at this if
- Strong Python basics and interest in LLMs/NLP
- Show projects (GitHub/Colab/Kaggle); communicate clearly

Social Media Marketing Intern
Impact: Build and manage our social presence from scratch to attract early users for TypeSpeedAI and Hackersway.io.
What you'll do
- Create and schedule daily posts (X/Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts/Facebook)
- Engage with potential users: replies, DMs, reposts
- Monitor mentions and trends; report weekly insights
You’d be great at this if
- Strong written communication and consistency
- Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite) and basic analytics
SEO & Blog Writing Intern
Impact: Grow organic traffic with actionable content and on‑page SEO.
What you'll do
- Keyword research around typing practice, WPM, and cybersecurity learning
- Write 2–3 value‑packed posts per week (tutorials, comparisons, guides)
- On‑page SEO: titles, meta, internal links, basic schema
You’d be great at this if
- Clear writing, basic SEO knowledge, willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Search Console and simple keyword tools
Visual Content & Design Intern
Impact: Own social graphics and blog visuals that make our brand recognizable.
What you'll do
- Design social graphics and blog images

Video Content Intern
Impact: Create short, engaging videos that educate and convert across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook.
What you'll do
- Produce 3–5 Shorts/Reels per week (features, tips, challenges)
- Simple screen recordings with captions and hooks
- Track views, watch‑through rate, and profile visits
You’d be great at this if
- Experience with CapCut/Premiere or similar
- Comfortable on camera or with voiceover is a plus
Community Management Intern
Impact: Be the friendly face of Hackersway online — join forums, Discords, and groups to help users and positively promote TypeSpeedAI.
What you'll do
- Participate in relevant Discord servers, forums, and Facebook groups
- Answer questions and share helpful resources (non‑spammy)
- Summarize weekly community insights and questions

- Clear, respectful communication
- Understands community etiquette; avoids spammy behavior
Partnerships & Outreach Intern
Impact: Research and reach out to creators and organizations for early collaborations and mentions.
What you'll do
- Identify influencers, institutes, and bootcamps
- Craft concise outreach and follow‑ups; maintain a partner sheet
- Coordinate simple briefs for co‑marketing
You’d be great at this if
- Professional communication and persistence

User Feedback & Research Intern
Impact: Turn early user feedback into product insights for TypeSpeedAI and Hackersway.io.
What you'll do
- Run short surveys and lightweight user interviews
- Organize feedback by themes (bugs/UX/feature)
- Share weekly reports with top findings and suggestions
